  • Degrees allowed: BCom, BSc, BBA, BA, Pharma (Non-Technical Streams Only)
  • Not Eligible: BE/B.Tech, Postgraduates, Diploma holders
  • Must be willing to work in rotational shifts
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn

Responsibilities:

  • Process US healthcare claims with accuracy and within timelines.
  • Handle and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the system.
  • Ensure adherence to client SLAs, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
  • Utilize quick decision-making skills to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution.
  • Deliver exceptional service and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
